Today, I’m happily married for 15 years and a proud mother of two daughters! I’m a charismatic, confident woman—full of life, embracing every second. I currently work as an emotional coach, guiding women toward unconditional self-love— regardless of appearance, body, age, status, or IQ—using a reflective method I call “Photo-Coaching.”

My desire to help other women was born from deep identification. I struggled with self-hatred, saw a monster in the mirror, felt ashamed of myself, and suffered from depression and rage. Being a woman in today’s world isn’t easy—even without direct harm, society will still try to show you “your place.” My story isn’t that unique—because every second girl faces this. I was bullied for my appearance, and slowly, as my self-worth crumbled, I became desperate for love and validation. By age 14, I became a puppet for exploitation. Back then, there was no awareness, and speaking up or asking for help was taboo. I came to Israel carrying this lack of awareness—and no belief in myself. I isolated myself, and every relationship only brought more exploitation and rejection. Until I truly met my real self, I lived in an emotional hole and kept attracting toxic people who only reinforced my feeling of unworthiness.

Everything changed when I became a photographer. There was something incredibly empowering about discovering my inner world through the lens. I realized how much more there was to me—and that I am not just a body. Through the camera, I began to see women carrying a familiar pain—pain that followed them not just into photo shoots, but into their relationships, social lives, and careers. I could see it in their eyes: no matter how beautiful or talented a woman is— until she believes it herself, nothing anyone says will convince her. As a photographer, I wasn’t looking for another Photoshop course. I actually felt like I was betraying women by “fixing” them. Instead, with a degree in psychology and coach training, I created Photo-Coaching— a framework that helps women rewrite the false beliefs they hold about themselves and allows them to see their true beauty beyond society’s lies.
