Maayan Rubel

For years, I was deep in the routine: a mother of four, working, juggling everything. Doing everything I was “supposed” to, but inside? Empty. No matter how hard I tried, I always felt it wasn’t enough. That I wasn’t enough. During my fourth maternity leave, a quiet but persistent voice inside me began to awaken, saying: “You’re allowed to choose yourself.”

I left a stable job, signed up for coaching studies, and began searching for answers within. And there, slowly, between discovery and learning, I started to get to know myself again. I began to take off the masks, to pause the race of life, and to bravely choose—me. For the first time, I didn’t just understand the concept of self-love, I truly felt it. I felt how a small spark inside me, one that had almost gone out, started to shine again.

Today, from within that journey I’ve been through, I accompany women on their own journey back to themselves, reminding them of what I, too, needed to hear: You don’t need to change in order to be worthy of love. You just need to remember that you’re already the best—exactly as you are.
